Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as clear as possible. Please review the following terms before booking your tour with Aurora by Gole.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of departure is not possible.

Cancellation Policy for Private Tours & Group Bookings (6+ People)

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour begins.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the tour begins.
  • No refund for cancellations made 3 or fewer days before the tour begins.

Please email us if you wish to cancel a group booking or private tour.

Weather and Natural Phenomena

  • All tours operate in various weather conditions, including snow, wind, and rain.

  • Northern Lights tours: The aurora is a natural phenomenon and sightings can never be guaranteed. No refunds or free replacement tours are provided if the Northern Lights are not seen.

Other Important Information

  • In rare cases where we need to cancel a tour for safety reasons, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
